New Year 2020

James doesn't really know what he's doing at this party. He only knows a few people, including his roommate Andrew who is actually the one to have persuaded him into coming.

“Come on, James. It'll be fun. Besides, you don't have anything better to do, do you?”

No, he didn't. That was the only reason why he hadn't just stayed home – he didn't want to seem pathetic.

November 2019 - Welsh-Cooper

Andrew Welsh is 26, James Cooper is 21. (Claudia Russo is 23, Micah Knight is 26.)

It's not like James hasn't gotten over Coco. It's been two years already, and he's doing just fine. He's been with other girls – or at least slept with them. Most of them are just random hookups, girls he meets at bars and later takes back to his place. He never calls them again, even though they almost beg him to. They're just blurry memories, just faces among the crowd, without names.

October 2019 - Jackson

Taylor is 36, Savannah is 10. (Brittany Lewis is 27, Andrew Welsh is 26).

It's definitely not appropriate for a divorced 36-year-old man to sit down at the end of the day and have some wine with his 27-year-old nanny. At least that's what Taylor Jackson thought before he had realized he had fallen for her, for good. At that point, he couldn't even care less. He just wanted to be with her.

July 2019 - the Brown-Sims Wedding

It's a beautiful morning. The sky is blue, and the sun is shining behind the few cloudlets wafting through the air.

A wedding ceremony is about to start. The guests have already sat down and the two bridesmaids are ready and waiting.

Betty Anderson went into labor at night. She was in bed, asleep, with her husband Matt as she woke up to the familiar feeling of her water breaking. She quickly shook her husband awake and they both headed to the hospital.
